Minnesota State University, Mankato (MSU) is currently accepting applications to fill an Assistant Director of Financial Aid position in Student Financial Services.  This position provides leadership and supports the development, implementation, and oversight of the University’s comprehensive student financial assistance program with emphasis on managing aid application tracking, packaging, and disbursement processes, and the administration of student loan programs and federal and state grant programs. Significant responsibilities include assurance of compliance with federal and state regulations, data collection and reporting, oversight of reconciliation requirements, and serving as the University’s subject matter expert on policies related to these programs.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree and three years direct financial aid administration experience in a college/university setting.
