Southeast Tech, South Dakota's largest technical school located in Sioux Falls, is currently hiring a full-time Director of Financial Aid.
The Director establishes, directs, and coordinates the office’s goals and activities; promotes a strong emphasis on customer service; and actively participates in the Enrollment Management process to leverage financial aid to enroll and retain students. The Director is also responsible for the overall operation of the office and supervision of its professional staff.
Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs Administration, or related fields strongly preferred. Minimum of five years contributing to the leadership of a Financial Aid Office at the higher education level required. Experience working in an Enrollment Management model desired.
