Financial Aid Manager

The Financial Aid Manager will be responsible for meeting with current and prospective students to assist them in the financial aid process and help in creating a financial plan to achieve their academic goals within the Broadview Education Consortium of schools. Responsibilities of this position may include:

·       Student Interview and Support – New and Returning

·       Document Processing

·       Student Awarding

·       Registration

·       Orientation

·       Reporting

·       Verification

·       Accounts Receivable

Ideal candidates possess the following qualities:

·       Student-centered philosophy in support of academic excellence

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on quick response time

·       Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills

·       Demonstrated ability to learn and use necessary technology quickly and adeptly

·       Adaptability; able to succeed in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment

·       Passion and enthusiasm for finance profession

Requirements of this position include:

Experience with State and Federal Student Financial Aid programs required

Degree preferred
