Jeff Pierpont from Citizens College Raptor will be our presenter for the November Professional Development virtual event.

Jeff will discuss and demonstrate beginning- to intermediate-level Excel tools and

functions that will help financial aid professionals' clean data, organize information, and develop useful reports. Items to be covered include the CONCATENATE function (merge data fields), VLOOKUP function (find and insert data from different tabs or spreadsheets), IF functions (create logical calculations or identifiers), and Pivot Tables (generated reporting tables with filters).

The presentation will include both a slide deck with detailed instructions and actual demonstrations in Excel.
