MAFAA'S Annual Conference

The MAFAA 2025 Annual Conference will be held May 7-9, 2025 at Madden's on Gull Lake.
Conference registration is closed. Conference lodging reservations are still being accepted.
The Professional Development committee has put together a lineup of sessions and speakers including training tracks for State Aid, General Financial Aid, Professional Development/Personal Wellbeing, and Directors. Check out the agenda!
Like last year we are also working to offer a pre-conference NASFAA credential session on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 from 8:00am to 12:00pm. This year's credential topic is Direct Loans. This NASFAA credential training session is offered at no additional cost to conference attendees. You must indicate your planned attendance in this session on your conference registration form and enter your NASFAA ID. You will be granted access to the credential test following the training.

Please call the reservation desk at (800)-642-5363 and let them know that you are booking for the Minnesota Association of Financial Aid Administrators 2025 Annual Conference.
If you plan on arriving Tuesday, May 6th: You must book either over the phone or with the paper registration form.
Important: Conference registration alone does NOT include lodging and the meal package at Madden's on Gull Lake.
