You will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting system processes relating to the administration of Title IV aid within the Financial Aid Services team. This will act as the Quality Assurance Analyst for the Financial Aid Management System (FAM) and use their analytical skills to ensure the accurate processing of financial aid.
