Job Opening: Director of Financial Aid
Location: Winona State University, Winona, MN

The Director of Financial Aid will provide overall leadership and vision to Winona State University’s financial aid department.   The primary purpose of this position is to direct, plan, develop, organize, implement, supervise, administer and maintain a comprehensive student financial assistance program.  The Director is responsible for the development and implementation of financial aid policies and procedures that are fair and equitable as well as in compliance with all federal and state statutes and regulations, including oversight of R2T4, verification, and SAP.  The Director will oversee the department to ensure clientele needs are met through creating and maintaining a strong customer service model.  Minimum qualifications for the position include Bachelor’s degree and at least three (3) years of experience.
